Learn the subtle techniques and spices to create a savory meal for two that embraces the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. This 2-hour cooking class is offered by accomplished chef Ibrahim Abdel, a SaddleBrooke resident. Ibrahim does a lot of catering in the 
Brooke and beyond. He is anxious to share his love for cooking, as well as his expertise, with you. The menu is flexible but may include: hummous or falafel appetizer, kebabs, pilaf or curry rice, grilled vegetables, and a rich dessert “basbousa.” Take home your creations and your 3-course dinner that serves two people  is ready to serve!
