The evening begins with an array of hors d’ œuvres and your choice of wine, beer, and non-
alcoholic options. As the sky darkens, Terry Joyce and Chris Mobley will enlighten you with a 
short preview of the telescopes, stars, constellations and objects you will be viewing that 
evening. Chris and Terry are accomplished amateur astronomers and long-time members of 
SaddleBrooke Skygazers, whose knowledge of the heavens and conversational style will take you
to the planets, stars and beyond. Through the use of three large (up to18”) telescopes and 
binoculars, you will view the wonders of the night sky over SaddleBrooke and see how 
astronomers take those wonderful photographs you see in magazines or on the internet.  The 
evening will be focused toward giving anyone who has a curiosity about “what’s up there” some 
thoughtful and entertaining answers. 
Price: $50 per person/ 30 guests.
