Ah, the smell of homemade bread baking in your oven! Come to Midge’s class and learn how to make big beautiful loaves of bread with very little effort! Each guest will put together and take home a bowl of bread dough that will be ready to bake in your oven the next day. You will also receive the recipe and a bag of yeast for your future bread making. Step-by-step instructions will be provided while a loaf of bread is baking in Sue’s oven (her kitchen is bigger than mine). AND THEN! We will all adjourn to the patio where we will sample that warm, crusty, yummy bread, Sue’s delicious appetizers, and enjoy a glass of good wine. What a way to spend an afternoon!
