Their donation includes meals and ranch activities. So grab your cowboy hat and spend two days exploring what ranch life is like. Whether you are a tenderfoot or an experienced wrangle, this package is for you! White Stallion Ranch offers horseback riding (with the exact horse to match your skill level) through their scenic trails. If you don’t want to ride, you can watch the ranch cowboys and cowgirls roping steers or barrel racing. You can always hike or mountain bike through the nearby mountains. Plus, you can sit back and enjoy delicious home-style meals served three times a day inside their historic dining room located in the original homestead.  If you prefer, you can hop on the Haywagon for their lunch cookout. As if this weren’t enough, you have an incredible treat in store with the Hawk Walk for two. This is an encounter rarely experienced as there are only a few licensed falconries in the United States, and only one in southern Arizona. This is a once in a lifetime experience because you are not just watching the Falconer handle the birds, but you are a part of the action! With your gloved hand, you actually have a Cooper’s Hawk take off and return to you. Depending on the weather, you can literally be involved with the hawk as it hunts its prey.
